How far will The Ringtones travel for our event?
We will travel up to 75 miles from 08028 for no additional charge, but to put it shortly, if you want The RIngtones at your event, we'll be there! Contact us about your location specifically!
How do The Ringtones dress for events?
We typically opt for standard formal attire (think suits & ties), but are willing and able to dress for the occasion! If you have a specific attire request for your event, just let us know before the event!
How far in advance do we need to book The Ringtones?
In short, if the date is open, it's yours!
Will you play our first dance and other special dance selections?
When you speak with our event coordinator to design your unique event entertainment, he will help you put together an event that flows and make suggestions based on years of experience. Part of this is making sure that all of your specialty dances (first dance, bride-father, groom-mother, and anything else you can think of!) are scheduled. The band will play any of these dances that you request, and we're more than happy to learn your special songs if they aren't already a part of the extensive selection of music we already do!
Can you provide music for my ceremony or cocktail hour?
Of course! With our talented and diverse group of musicians, we are able to offer you personalized music selections for both your ceremony and cocktail hour, or any other portion of your event. For ceremony selections, we commonly offer piano, piano/flute, piano/trumpet, guitar, and guitar/flue combinations; however, the instrumentation can be customized to your preference. For the cocktail hour, we are happy to offer solo piano, solo guitar, a duo of choice, or a trio of choice. It's entirely up to you!
Do we choose the set list?
While we politely discourage brides (and grooms) emailing an exact set list, we absolutely encourage your input on the genre and style of music we'll play for your event. We also love accommodating specific song requests- if there's a song you just have to hear at your event, we'll be sure to include it! We craft our set list based on a number of factors, including the audience, which songs go well together, the timing of your event, the mood you're trying to set, and our decades of experience pulling off flawless events. A set list is something that needs careful consideration, which is why we work diligently to put together the perfect set list for your night. We request that any special song requests be given to your entertainment coordinator at least 1 month prior to the event, in case of any special preparation that needs to be made, and also have the ability to play specific request via MP3 if necessary.
